A.We recommend the embroidery to be placed in the same position and in the same colour as shown in the online product image.
Q.When will my order arrive?
The actual date of arrival is subject to the availability of the services provided by Yamato Transport in Japan, and EMS International Mail.
※Please note that we may require more time than indicated if you order a large quantity of handkerchiefs.
※If you wish to specify a delivery date that is more than a week after the date of the order, please make a note in the remarks column. (This service is available for destinations in Japan only. Regrettably, no delivery date can be specified for orders placed from outside Japan.)
※If an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, national holiday, or during our summer holiday and New Year’s holiday, we will process it on the next business day.
Q.How do I combine multiple items into one gift?
A.Please indicate the specific items you would like to combine in the “Comment Box” field.
Q.Can I request for non-alphabet characters for my embroidery?
A.Unfortunately, we are unable to provide motifs for online orders as they are exclusive to our physical stores.
Q.Can I request for embroidery designs that are available at the boutique?
A.Unfortunately, embroidery designs exclusive to the physical store are not available online.
Q.Can I collect the items ordered online at the physical store?
A.Store collection is not available as the online and physical stores are separate entities.
Q.Can I cancel my order?
A.You can cancel an order if the order has yet been processed. Processed orders with initial embroidery cannot be cancelled.
